Dr Rakshinda Kabir holds a PhD from Monash University. Being passionate about mindfulness training to improve well-being, she developed the Mindfulness Skills Development (MSD) Program as part of her PhD. This is an evidence-based program specifically for building resilience, improving well-being and enhancing quality of life.

Rose Anne Misajon

Dr Rose Anne Misajon holds a PhD in Psychology and has worked as an academic at University of Melbourne, Monash University and The Cairnmillar Institute. Her research expertise is in the area of well-being and health-related quality of life, particularly among people with chronic illness and disability, as well as culturally diverse populations. Her published works have been cited internationally over 2000 times.
