Your feedback is important to us. If you have any suggestions, complaints or appraisals, we have a Suggestion Box located in Reception where all your feedback/complaints can remain anonymous.

Or speak to a member of the clinical team, or the administrative staff, if you have any suggestions, or unhappy with the service you have received. Alternatively, you can direct all concerns to reception@evansrdmedicalcentre.com.au and we will endeavour to respond to you within 1-2 business days or as soon as we can.
