Your feedback is important to us. If you have any suggestions, complaints or appraisals, we have a Suggestion Box located in Reception where all your feedback/complaints can remain anonymous.

Or speak to a member of the clinical team, or the administrative staff, if you have any suggestions, or unhappy with the service you have received. Alternatively, you can direct all concerns to and we will endeavour to respond to you within 1-2 business days or as soon as we can.
