Dr. Sashini Jayaratne(General Practitioner) MBBS | MD | MRCGP
We are pleased to have Dr Sashini Jayaratne as part of our team at Evans Road Medical Centre.
Dr Sashini completed her medical degree at the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, followed by her Doctor of Medicine in Community Medicine. She brings valuable research experience from her role as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Melbourne in lung health and respiratory disease prevention.
Having worked in Australian General Practice for over 2.5 years, Dr Sashini has a special interest in holistic, preventive care for the whole family.
She is internationally qualified with MRCGP (UK) obtained in 2024 and is currently on the pathway to Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
